Cancellation and refunds
How renewal, cancellation and refunds work, and what happens to your library.
Renewal
Plans renew every month or every year, as you chose, on the date they started, until you cancel.
The first paid month of any monthly plan is half price, once per account. From the second month on, the published regular price is charged.
Free trial
The 7-day trial of the monthly Starter plan charges nothing while it runs. We email you 2 days before it ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged; otherwise the first month is charged that day.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the plans page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not charged again.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund of the first payment of a subscription (a plan or a storage pack) within 14 days of that charge. It is granted once per account, and the refunded subscription is canceled at that moment.
Renewals, partially used periods and prorated charges from plan changes are not refunded. When you cancel you are not charged again and keep access until the end of the paid period.
We always refund duplicate or mistaken charges, and what you paid for a service we could not provide because of a failure on our side that was not fixed within a reasonable time.
None of this limits the rights your country’s consumer protection law gives you. Paddle, acting as merchant of record, processes refunds and applies those rights where they apply.
To ask for a refund write to hello@adkombo.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. We may decline requests where there are signs of fraud or abuse.
Changing plans
Changes to your plan and extra people apply immediately, with prorated billing. Storage packs are separate monthly or yearly subscriptions (15% off yearly billing) with their own billing dates and cancellation at the end of their paid periods. Canceling the plan does not cancel storage subscriptions; cancel each separately.
What happens to your library
When a plan ends, the library stays read-only for 30 days: you can watch, download and delete your files, but not upload new ones. We email you when that starts and 7 and 1 days before it ends. After that the files are deleted; the account stays.
If you move to a smaller plan, or remove packs or people, and use more space than you have left, nothing is deleted: uploads pause until you free up room.
