Privacy policy

Last updated September 14, 2026 · version 2026-09-14

This policy explains what data AdKombo handles, why, and what you can do about it. The controller is Tomas Ellero, contact hello@adkombo.com.

What never leaves your device

Videos you load into the studio are processed in your browser. Unless you save them to the library or ask for subtitles, we never receive them.

Projects you keep with the Save button and exported videos stay in your browser storage, not on our servers.

What data we handle

Account: your email, and your name if you add it.

Usage: how many variants you generate, how many seconds of audio you transcribe, how much space your library takes, and when. They support each plan’s limits.

What you choose to store: your library files and their details (name, size, duration, thumbnail).

For the free trial: a fingerprint of the phone number you verify, never the number, so each number gets one trial.

To bill you: your subscription status and the identifiers the payment provider gives us. We never see or store your card.

For subtitles: the audio of the clips you choose to transcribe, and the resulting text, which is kept in your project.

Technical: your open session, and the logs the service host produces, such as IP addresses, for a limited time.

Why we use it

To give you access, provide the service, apply your plan’s limits, support you, keep things secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not use your content to train models.

Providers that process data for us

Cloudflare, to store your library files.

Groq, to transcribe audio when you ask for subtitles. It receives only that audio.

Resend, to email your sign-in codes and the notices about your plan.

Paddle, which processes payments and invoices as merchant of record.

Twilio, to text you the code that verifies your phone.

Some of these providers process data outside Uruguay, for example in the United States. We share only what each task needs.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in for 30 days. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your browser also keeps your language, whether you accepted the subtitles notice, your projects and exported videos. You can remove them by clearing the site’s data.

How long we keep it

Account and library data, for as long as the account exists. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are removed within an hour.

When you delete your account, we immediately delete your library files and your account, usage and session data.

When a plan ends, the library's files are deleted after 30 days. Fingerprints of phone numbers that already had a trial are kept even if you delete the account, so the trial is not repeated.

Your rights

You can access, correct, update and ask us to delete your data. From the Account section you can download it, edit your profile and delete the account; you can also write to us.

If you think we handle your data improperly, you can complain to your country’s data protection authority; in Uruguay, the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).

Security

Codes are single use and we store only their fingerprint, never the code. Sessions can be closed from your account. Every access to a library file checks that it belongs to your account.

Children

The service is not aimed at anyone under 18.

Changes
